Delivery Terms & Conditions

Working through COVID-19: Xaygun continue to deliver Australia Wide, with no border restrictions on freight. Some couriers and routes are experiencing higher than normal demand and therefore your order may experience transit delays. Please bear with us as we work through these delays and we will notify you should any delays be identified. Xaygun Delivery Terms & Conditions  

Bath’s, Bathroom Vanities, and bulk orders of Tiles are not included in our free shipping offers due to their size, weight and cost. This may occur additional delivery and insurance charges. To avoid any delivery fees, certain items can be picked up from our Melbourne Showroom, Victoria & Interstate selected Warehouse’s. Please call us on (03) 9101 7908 to arrange.   

Delivery Fees  

Standard delivery fees are based on a single delivery only. Our team are happy to arrange multiple deliveries if needed, however this will occur an additional shipping fee.   

Delivery Times  

For an accurate ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) please refer to your shopping cart. An ETA will appear once your full address has been entered. Generally, our deliveries take between 7-10 business days to Metro areas. Please contact us if you require faster shipping.   

Fast Shipping 
Fast shipping Items will ship same or next business day from our Victoria & Interstate Warehouse’s and will generally be faster than the 7-10 business days. Please note: if other items with regular shipping times are on the same order we will send them in one delivery based on the longest product lead time. Please call us on (03) 9101 7908 if you need split deliveries, which can be arranged for an additional fee.  
Remote Locations  

Some remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.  

Transit Damage  

All of our deliveries include insurance. Please check all deliveries within 24 hours for damages as we cannot accept a damage claim outside of this timeframe.   

Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance  

Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level houses only with flat drive ways. For apartment or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products. Please let our team know if there are access difficulties at your home or job site. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive to site.  

Authority to Leave  

You may request authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.  

Out of Stock Products  

We hold a wide range of stock in our Victoria Warehouse’s with daily replenishment deliveries from all our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised we will call you ASAP after placing your order to find an alternative or work with you on a delivery times.  

Free Delivery  

Free delivery of products is based on all items being shipped in the one delivery and may not be included on quotes, trade quotes or price match requests. Please see Free Delivery Terms and Conditions.    

Pickups 

We offer a pickup option at checkout for VIC customers. Pickup is from Airport West, Melbourne. Once a pickup order is placed we will contact you via email or phone with the products availability. If we have a product ready for immediate dispatch, you can pick it up the same day before 5:00pm. if not, most products are a 3 - 4 day turnaround time and 2 - 3 weeks on custom made vanities and other made to order items.
